Productions can cancel their booking as long as the cancellation is made at least 5 days before the scheduled production start time. In that situation, they will receive an 80% refund of the rental cost, excluding Set Scouter Fees.

If a production cancels between 5 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time, it will receive a 50% refund of the rental price, with Set Scouter Fees excluded.

Any cancellation submitted less than 24 hours before the booking begins is non-refundable.
